| Description: | "The 2009 Barbaresco Riserva Paj exhibits a saturated garnet color with pretty ruby highlights. The wine opens to a delicate embroidery of dark fruit and floral aromas that grow in intensity and focus as the wine evolves in the glass. In fact, it reaches a surprising level of richness and fleshiness very quickly. The tannins are supple and smooth, but offer good structure and heft on the palate.
