Vinification and ageing of the Chardonnay in champenois oak barrels allowed their aromas of brioche to develop fully. 40% Pinot Noir brings structure, softness and tenderness to the wine through iconic Grands Crus such as Aÿ, Mailly- Champagne or Verzy. |
