| Description: | Being that the basic estate Riesling now draws exclusively from Knebel's Terrassenmosel, the "Von den Terrassen" also received a quality spike. It is now sourced from Hamm, Domgarten, and declassified Röttgen. Lovely minerality of wet slate crisp apples, pears, Meyer lemon and candied ginger. The 7 g/L is barely detectable due to the match ing acidity. The finish is salty, crisp and driven by intense citrus notes. |
