Listan (or Mission, or Pais) has been grown here since Vitis Vinifera were first brought to the Americas by priests in the 1500's. Organic, dry-farmed vines are hand harvested and de-stemmed before fermentation, and aged half in steel, half in neutral oak. Bright, clean fruits and an honest sense of earth. |
