We select only the heart of each small batch and age in our bourbon in virgin, heavily charred, 53-gallon American oak barrels. The result is an exceptionally refined spirit rich with aromas of cinnamon, tobacco, oak and vanilla. Its robust, earthy flavor carries hints of caramel and vanilla cream to a lingering finish.
