The rose Zantho produces from its Zweigelt shows just how high the quality of fruit is that Zantho manages to bring into its winery, year after year. This of course is due to vineyards spread out across a larger area of the Seewinkel region, allowing for selective harvest. But none of this was necessary in a great vintage like 2017. The rose from Zweigelt is fresh and highly quaffable, a wine that works with fish or salads or on its own as an aperitif. |
