Continuing to the palate, flavors of cherry compote, tomato leaf, black cherry, allspice, and bramble. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, and medium plus chalky tannins. The red cherry and blueberry flavors meld between fresh and compote in texture with a lingering cola finish. |
