The palate is dense, crystalline, finely concentrated, very finessed and persistently salty, namely on the stimulating finish that is long, refined and tensioned and reveals very fine bitters. This is an extraordinary Auslese that would deserve a Gold Cap. Tasted at the domain in September 2020. |
