| Description: | Domaine Rapet is located in Pernand-Vergelesses, in Burgundy. The estate has been known since 1765 and includes 20 hectares of vines in the villages of Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Chorey-Lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Beaune. Within the vineyard, they set up a sustainable viticulture against diseases and insects of the vine according to climatic conditions. An inventory of the operation listing all the elements promoting the diversity of fauna and flora has been carried out. The old Chorey-les-Beaune vines plunge their roots into a marl-limestone soil and alluvium on a stony background with ferruginous nuances descended from the Côte de Savigny and Aloxe over the millennia. On the nose, small red fruits dominate (raspberries, morello cherries).
