The village of Escaladei, in the heart of Priorat, is the most prominent in the region, home to the preeminnent, broad, and robust wines of the entire Doc. ne of the gems in the Black Slate lineup is the 2016 Black Slate Escaladei. It offers an incredibly perfumed style as well as more red fruit, white flower, kirsch, and beautiful minerality.
