Blue Weber agave harvested from their own fields slow cooks in brick ovens and ferments in open-air pine boxes using wild and proprietary yeast. Each batch is twice distilled in a copper and stainless-steel pot blend and then aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 4 months. |
