| Description: | Meaning 'Daughter' in Italian, Figlia is the 'little sister' to Figgins Estate Red. Named after Chris Figgins' daughters, Raegan and Scarlett, the 2020 is the fifth release of Figlia. A deeply flavored blend of Petit Verdot and Merlot blend, Figlia has deep color to the rim. It sports a nose of vanilla cream soda, plum. fig jam and blueberry compote, spring garden flowers, and thyme. Silky, sultry, and broad on the palate with fine-grained tannin and crisp acidity on the finish. This wine is crafted to be more approachable in its youth than the Estate Red, with richness of flavor coupled with remarkable freshness. 100% estate bottled from the Figgins Estate Vineyard, aged 22 months in French oak barrels, only 865 cases produced.
