The vines are trained to grow like the woven strands of a circular basket, as protection against the strong winds off the Aegean Sea and the powerful summer sun. The result is a wine of vivacious minerality, with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, and a long, full-flavored finish. Perfect on its own or with any Mediterranean seafood dish. |
