| Description: | Cave Yves Cuilleron's "Les Vignes d'a Cote" Viognier is farmed in the commune of Chavanay. Organic fertilizers are used in the vineyard, grass is grown to help prevent erosion, and the hand-picked fruit is fermented on native yeasts. A fresh expression of this varietal, which has received so much attention in the New World, from its home turf. Winemaker Notes - Golden and shiny, with a nose typical of Viognier offering aromas of ripe yellow fruits and violet. The palate is juicy and fresh; a tangy touch prolongs the aromatics. This wine can be enjoyed young, as an aperitif or with grilled seafood. |
