| Description: | Produced from purchased fruit and a parcel in the village next to the cemetery. The nose is bright and pure, with lovely floral notes, while the palate is rich and structured, but not as silky as the producer's Chambolle. The grapes were macerated in their concrete tanks and fermented on ambient yeasts, with 30% whole clusters, before ageing in 20% new oak casks. |
