Very fresh aromas of ripe honeydew, nectarine, lychee and coconut flesh make for very expressive nose on this bottling. There is lots of zip to the sip, where pear rind and apple-flesh flavors ride a grippy texture into the refreshing finish. The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc shines pale straw. Aromas of granny smith apple, zesty lime and honeysuckle jump out of the glass. Fully ripe lemon and pineapple overlap well-developed minerality. Light and crisp - drink alongside white fish, mixed green salads, and mild vinaigrettes. |
