| Description: | A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay from Ecueil a Premier Cru village in the Petite Montagne. This Brut is based on the 2018 harvest amd blended with 35% reserve wine. It was aged on the yeast for 30 months and disgorged in January 2022 with a dosage of 5gr/liter. Concentrated, intense nose of yellow fruits, sweet spice.
