| Description: | The traditional Cava grape Xarel-lo is made in a rather modern style with barrel fermentation, 10 days of bâtonnage, and 1/3 aging in each stainless steel, oak barrels, and concrete eggs for eight months. The Cava-like characteristics are ever present in the wine with pink eraser, dried pineapple, plantain, mango, and yellow melon. Very juicy on the palate with lemon pith, medium body, racy acidity and rich texture. |
