It is Sangiovese, Syrah, Canaiolo/Gamay/Abrusco blend, harvested between mid-Sept and mid-Oct. 20% whole clusters, with macerations lasting between 12 and 16 days. Aged half in stainless steel and half in used barriques, 4th or 5th passage. |
