| Description: | Ánimas Papalometl is made from 100% wild Oaxacan Papalometl variety of agave. This is a very rare agave and one of our favorites. It starts with delicious notes of citrus blossom and yellow tropical fruits such as mango, and pineapple. The notes of fresh-cut grass and herbs are reminiscent of the local vegetation and mountains. The palate starts with a warm and friendly sensation that is accented by an orange citrus presence. That is followed by subtle notes of maple and toasted almond with a delicious mint and caramel aftertaste that goes beautifully with this Mezcal's rich flavor. |
