This checks most of the boxes for natural wine drinkers too: unfiltered, skin contact, organic and low sulphur. Lightly musty with a fuzzy peach quality, blood oranges, and Riesling poached pears. Full on the palate with carbonic banana notes and bitter citrus pith on the finish. |
