| Description: | Organically farmed like all of Yannick Pelletier's wines with Carignan and Grenache sourced from the region of Saint-Chinian. One third of the Carignan goes through carbonic with the remainder of the blend seeing 18 months of aging in cement vats. Small amounts of Syrah and Cinsault are added, and the result is a wine that is dark, bold and earthy with a softness and freshness that is perfect for casual drinking. It has depth without density. |
