Jim distilled this batch at Castle & Key Distillery. Tasting Notes,. Nose: The nose is pralines and orange peel. There are hints of bright cherry and tobacco. Brown sugar and nuttiness start to shine on the palate. Palate: There is s little bit of white pepper but its well-balanced. It slowly moves to stone fruit and dried apricot. Finish: The finish is long. As the finish progresses there's herbal white tea, peach and clove. |
