| Description: | Located in the heart of Saumur, Domaine Guiberteaus 14.5 hectares of organically farmed vines are dedicated to the regions signature varieties, Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. All fruit is destemmed and fermented with native yeasts, aged without new oak (except Arboises and Brz), and wines are bottled unfined/unfiltered. This pungent and peppery red oozes with flavors of red fruit, earth spice, and potting soil. Serve slightly chilled with grilled veggies, red meats, or mushroom-based dishes. |
