It is radiant orange in color with a high level of beta carotene, producing distinct carrot flavors. Aromatic with nuances of grapefruit and orange flower. Smooth and pleasant on the palate with a bittersweet complexity of light caramel and citrus. Mixing with water mellows the bitterness, and leaves a smooth and complex aftertaste.
