| Description: | Bright pale gold color with limpid appearance in the glass, this wooded Chenin Blanc has inviting citrus blossoms, toasty oak and honey aromas, combining perfectly with spicy cinnamon expressions on the nose. An array of caramelized baked apple and ripe pear flavors, with hints of dried apricots, runs all the way to the finish. The hallmark zesty acidity of Chenin Blanc keeps the wine fresh and finely balanced, finishing with a classic mineral note. Drinking well now, but can benefit from 3 to 4 years bottle ageing. |
