Each barrel is composed of a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley. Non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength. When you create a bourbon with as much character as this, you need a worthy bottle. Our contemporary, sustainable design pays homeage to the centuries old Kentucky limestone rocks that filter and add nutrients to the water used in our distillation process.
