| Description: | This Pinot Grigio means business. A lightly copper-tinged Pg due to the gray-pink color of the grape and a short amount of skin-contact (4-8 hrs.); this also adds some textural depth. Savory and floral with peach skin, apricot pits, and alpine strawberries. This is not a quaffable Coors Light style of the grape. Lightly bitter, jasmine flowers, ginger, pears, acacia, and herbs. Fuller bodied, complex, intense and unlike any Pg you have had in the past. |
