| Description: | A super small production of only 4 barrels, the "Les Belles Filled Vineyard" in Coombsville is the source for this pretty and restrained Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine spends 24 months in oak, but only 25% is new. This allows the vineyard to do the talking with blueberries, blackberries, ripe plums and raspberry Ganache. Aromas of clay and crushed rocks integrate with the wines soft texture and supple tannins. Not as powerful as traditional Cabs, instead leaning towards a Matthiasson or Corison style. |
