| Description: | The Sojourn 2021 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is largely sourced from the Oakville Ranch Vineyard, perched high above the valley floor at 1,000-1,400 feet of elevation. Small, concentrated berries were harvested and lightly pressed into 75% new oak for 20 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. The resulting wine showcases classic, bold Oakville richness and will be most enjoyed after an hour of decanting. |
