Tasting note: A mentholated top note is present on the red and dark currant aromas that display additional touches of spice and earth. The succulent, round and delicious flavors possess plenty of verve while displaying good if not special depth and persistence on the mildly austere finale.-Allen Meadows, Burghound. Mid purple in colour with an enjoyable grapey nose, very peppery and not quite so much fruit behind. More acidity here. A good wine, though at the less ripe end of the spectrum.
