The Collotte family is related to Fougeray to Beauclair whom most Burgundy enthusiasts are well familiar. From 50-year-old vines above soft limestone soil. Layers of dark red fruit, flowers and spices caress the palate in this supple, radiant wine. This possesses lovely mid-palate presence and plenty of depth. |
