The must is settled and then fermented at cool temperatures using selected yeasts. The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel but sees no oak. Food pairing A wine for the whole meal equally at home with hors doeuvres, soups, fish dishes, cold dishes, buffalo mozzarella and fresh cheeses. Serve at 10°c. Since 1994, Terredora has solely vinified grapes from our private vineyards. This fundamental step was taken to guarantee the highest quality by controlling all aspects of the grape growing cycle fundamental for producing excellent wines. Montefusco, once the capital of the Principality of Ultra, which now part of Irpinia. It is a perfect central hub, as all our vineyards are found in the surrounding area. The state of the art wine cellar is enclosed by the natural landscape of Serra di Montefusco and lies at a height of 650 meters over sea level. It overlooks the D.o.c. and D.o.c.g. wine regions of Irpinia: in Sabato Valley - Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo, and in Calore Valley - Taurasi.
