One of few such blends these days to have such lightness (just 13% alcohol) & understated dry elegance – yet no hint of unripeness in the berry fruit mingling with cedary tobacco spice. Lovely harmony of flavour with structure promises good development. Spontaneous ferment, no fining or filtration. 91 pts Tim Atkin MW 2022 Part of an ongoing shift towards greater elegance in the wines, Kristopher Tillery's Reserve Red is a restrained Bordeaux red blend that features Cabernet Sauvignon and 47% Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
