| Description: | This chardonnay comes to us from the Su'skol Vineyard, which is located in southern Napa Valley. The vineyard is home to shallow, sandy soils, which creates perfect conditions for nurturing the Chardonnay grapes. Aromas of honeysuckle and fig slowly lead to a wonderful medley of Gala apples, pear, vanilla and hints of caramel. The Hess Collection Chardonnay is fresh, zesty and can be beautifully paired with poached or grilled seafood, shrimp or crab with spicy aioli and baby greens tossed with a citrus vinaigrette. |
