| Description: | The small village of Bethon is situated south of Epernay, near the city of Sézanne in the department of the Marne. The cépage is 65% Pinot Noir, 16% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay, 9% Still Pinot Noir. Lots of fruit in this bubbly with black cherry, redcurrants, raspberries, and strawberries. Not all fun and fruit though as flavors of anise, herbs and moderate acidity make this a great aperitif, especially at this price! |
