This impressive entry-level Priorat displays the tension that the region is famous for, but in a more mid-weight package: a lifted, inner vibrancy driving a ripe - but compact - core of suave, mineral-tinged red and black fruits, finishing in a dry, taprered fashion. Hard to put down! A flexible food partner, particularly with moderately rich Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
