| Description: | A 50/50 blend of both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and a combination of the 2008 and 2010 vintages. Big, rich, round, yeasty biscuit quilities are the star of the show here. A really nice Growers Champagne with the land being in the family going back to 1746. A nose of cool pear, cream, citrus, brioche, and light apple. The palate is moderate in weight with golden apple, pear, brioche, and a light oak barrel spice to add texture. |
