| Description: | Sourced from a single parcel in the village of Bonnezeaux, the vines are planted in a "schiste gréseux" or a schist-sandstone. You can practically hear the minerality screaming in this wine, with smoky notes, BBQ pears, apricot pits and a prickly acidity. Crisp green apples are balance by a creaminess from malo and the natural richness of Chenin, while the stainless steel allows the explosive acidity to turn the wine up a notch. |
