They are producing small batch, ultra premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco Mexico. To give the tequila its unique flavor and ensure the finest quality, they use traditional pot stills for distillation. The water they use is naturally purified from their own wells to ensure no change to the tequila's flavor profile. The Blanco rests for 2 months and is crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long smooth finish. |
