| Description: | I love this wine because it truly reflects the proprietor - and his 4 boys - one firefighter, one air force pilot, one works at Microsoft, and one is a winemaker. I have a feeling that when they aren't drinking beer, they reach for this bottle of wine. This wine has equal parts fruit and spice with a wonderful peppery note that brings it all together. This wine pairs equally well with a nice steak or a camping trip and a bonfire. This is Distant Cellars' take on the Rhone blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvdre (gsm). |
