| Description: | "The 1991 Nuits St.-Georges-Les Pruliers is a much denser wine than the 1991 Nuits St.-Georges-Clos des Porrets, with adequate depth to balance out the noticeably high tannin. Medium to full-bodied, with excellent depth and precision, it offers an earthy, sweet, cassis-scented nose and long, ripe flavors. It will reward cellaring of 4-5 years and drink well for at least 12. The 1991 releases may turn out to be the most complete Gouges wines in over two decades.
