The winemaking techniques include whole cluster press and allowing only sixty percent of the wine to undergo malolactic fermentation. Twenty percent of the wine is aged in two-year-old oak and the balance is aged in neutral barrels. This results in a wine that has some pleasant oak characteristics without being too overbearing.
