As with other traditional Greek families who make wine for their own table, their efforts in the cultivation of vines naturally grew into the desire to share their passion with others. Tasos Troupis, supported by his children, has created a production and wine-making facility by putting to good use the experience and love he has for the vine. This aromatic wine screams Greece. It's a fresh, crisp, and light white with floral notes of jasmine, and a citrus laden palate which is all balanced by saline minerality. Enjoy as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to dishes such as pasta with basil, chicken ala crème, or grilled prawns. |
