The grapes for this wine are all sustainably farmed. Joël is one of only a few producers to use a soléra system for his vin de reserve each vintage.
90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Joel's benchmark cuvee, Millesime spends 12 years in bottle before disgorgement. Three grams of dosage. Extra Brut.
