Nose is "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. I'm not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa.
Fourth small batch release of Dingle's Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey marries first-fill bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chill filtered and bottled at a pleasant 93 proof.
