Chidaine's goal is to vinify this dry and the result is a rich, full-bodied wine, probably the closest to Vouvray in profile of all of his Montlouis wines.
It can be enjoyed as an aperitif and accompanies many dishes: Deli meats, salad of hot rillons, vegetable pies, grilled fish or fish in sauce, shellfish, scallops.
Beautiful pale gold color for this white wine tender. With notes of white fruit that reveals slight aromas of Williams pear. A beautiful balance between an elegant freshness and a fleshy fruitiness.
