The aromatics of our 2017 Seven Springs Pinot Noir are pretty and pure. The wine is lithe and deft on the palate, with bright fruit buttressed by lively acidity and integrated tannins.
Fruit-forward, with a smooth, spicy and toasted background, which comes from the small percentage of Mavrotragano. The fine tannins make this an excellent pairing wine for a variety of meat dishes.
