We have chosen the Bon-Chrétien Williams pear to make Mathilde Poire. When fully ripe, it has a golden yellow skin and very tasty and juicy, smooth.

Three varieties of raspberry are used to make Mathilde Framboise. The first, called Lloyd George, originates in Scotland and is particularly well known for.

Vine peach and White peach are used to make Mathilde Peche. This liqueur has a pleasant peach aroma and a lovely soft mouthfeel.

Two varieties of black currants from Burgundy, France go into this delightful Mathilde Cassis liqueur. Soft, sweet with a hint of tartness.
