The Espadín from Rey Campero blossoms in a bouquet of green herbs on the palate with big notes of oregano and coriander.
The agave for this fantastic mezcal was harvested after a long period of 15-18 years. Adored for its strikingly balanced and flavorful palate, it manages to be subtle and bold at the same time.
